The club is led by an elected board of executive officers and chairs.
The officers are: Honorary President (spouse of the Superintendent of the US Naval Academy), President, First VP (horticulture), Second VP (programs), Third VP (hospitality), Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Delegate to Federated Garden Club of Maryland.
The committee chairs are: Awards, Columbarium, Conservation/Environmental Awareness, Greenscape, Horticulture, Flower Show, Garden Therapy, Greening of the Yard, Hammond-Harwood House, Historian, Levy Center, May Day Baskets, Membership, Newsletter/Publicity, Parliamentarian, State Circle Wreaths, Social Media, Supplies, Ways and Means, Workshops, and Yearbook/Directory.
